It’s a refurbished computer I couldn’t afford a brand new one I have the activation key sticker on the computer I don’t have any friends nearby that know how to do a fresh install plus if I did that it would ruin the warranty I am waiting on the seller getting back to me and it’s windows 11 home...

And as I said before I can’t get settings or anything else to open so I can’t get connected to the internet

I used to use windows 10 but my computer crashed and so I decided to buy a new one from eBay and because it was the same price but with windows 11 I bought the windows 11 one now I’m wishing I had just bought the windows 10 computer The computer is a Dell core i7 with 16 GB ram I hope that helps

I’ve contacted the seller on eBay to see what he says and if necessary I’ll send back and get refund I have 30 days to do it

It has the authentication code sticker on the computer so I would assume that’s it’s a proper version of windows 11
