    once again thanks for all ya reply and mery chrismas to y'all... after experimenting with few OS including linux i still get same result, with the lock screen on idle ignore the set settings what to do when lid is close. I even user Dell Dell OS Recovery Tool downloads the factory ISO...

    i appreciate all the replies and suggestions. im going installed window 10 see i have same issue. im using windows 11 ghosts de bloated version of windows. I'm goin install non modified version win11 and win 10 to see what are results still happens... than ill report to dell. ill keep ya posted
