Resetting solved the pending download issue. But windows 11 update is not visible, i clicked check button

Hi, i'm trying to update from W10 to W11 but not any related updates are visible in settings. (I know my laptop is compatible with W11) My system is not even installing available updates. It says "pending download" When I click on Download nothing happens. Can someone help?

I tried something out and it's weird This is 4gb old ram + 8gb new ram (first) installed This is 4gb old ram + 8gb new ram (other) installed One of the new RAMs is not working properly They have same model and same specs though. Does this mean one of my RAMs have a defect or malfunction?

So is it impossible to go beyond 6 gb usable ram on this laptop Is there a way to setup custom bios or something, to enable locked settings and reduce gpu reserved memory ?

Old rams were 2x4gb 2400mhz ddr4 micron New rams: 2x8gb 2400 mhz ddr4 kingston So are they not compatible with the laptop?

Couldnt find an option to set VRAM amount Put back new 2 x 8 GB RAMs again Seated them correctly Still no luck

There is nothing useful in bios settings. I think advanced settings are locked but i don't know how to enter advanced bios

I think Maximum memory box is unchecked in msconfig. I updated bios version to latesy available, and it didnt make a difference. In bios settings there is no option for ram. My laptop model is Hp pavilion gaming 15-ec0000 series

I have hp pavilion gaming 15 series laptop. It had 8 gb ram first (5,88 gb usable in computer properties). I installed more ram (16gb total) but usable memory is still 5,88 Do you have any idea how i can solve it?
