Every second Tuesday of the month there will be a required update the last one did not go over to well. I would learn how to create a restore point. Then when the next update comes you can protect yourself.

did scannow it found corrupt file and DISM found and is now fixing corruption

I have had this update turned off / blocked for weeks waiting for 25H2, I got stung on two other previews updates. Been watching the forum and quizzing Copilot. Once you get up and running switch off get the latest updates in your update settings. NEVER switch back on

after you get back up and running go to your update setting look for " get the latest " updates setting, lick turn off ! until Windows get its act together and make sure those updates are turned off from any further annoying notices. I got stung twice had to have two laptops reset at $125.00...
