SOLVED : Mackie : Video was great, thank you. I did not use the boot menu to book to UEFI that was the hold up. I was using the "boot to USB" at the top without reading the rest of the options. Testing now, works. The extra information about the taskbar preferences in the video was also great!

IanMosley - that was for win10 iso? I have successfully created many win 10 iso and boot disk, this is my first time trying with win 11.

If there is another way that isn't using RUFU - that can bypass the win 11 spec restrictions off the CPU, I would be willing to try that.

The dell does not have the specs for Win 11, so I used it to bypass the CPU spec.
