Hi zbook, I've not encountered any BSOD after testing with a friend's wifi/bt card for the past 3 days. Decided to replace my old MT7921 wifi card after reading extensively about numerous issues. Appreciate the help in narrowing down the card's driver issues. Will be marking this solved.

Thanks zbook. The BSODs typically only appear when I open games - freezes and then BSOD while the game is open. In safe mode, I'll only be able to run basic activities like spreadsheets etc and that typically doesn't cause BSODs. There's also a new symptom - while restarting, BIOS did not...

Do I use my computer as normal in safe mode or should I be running some tests?

I don't recall updating the BIOS myself manually. It's likely through MyAsus or Armoury Crate.
