I just run the commands individually. I have to laugh and admit that batch files are above my pay grade.The batch file would only be useful if you performed this action frequently.

Reset Windows Defender signature update package using the following:
cd %ProgramFiles%\Windows Defender
MpCmdRun.exe -removedefinitions -dynamicsignatures
MpCmdRun.exe -SignatureUpdate
Run this as a batch file. It will force a clean signature update package.
