Indeed, this is what I see in Event Viewer. I suppose whether different users see or don't see LSA in Windows Security is simply due to machine differences and/or MS's mysterious ways. 🤯😃
I thought LSA info was removed from Windows Security. I don't show it here on Windows 11 Pro 23H2. In fact, I haven't seen it since after that issue was all over the news.
I'm confused too because it looks like you're using W10 taskbar, so what tools are you using to modify your start menu and taskbar? It seems to me that your tweaking is the culprit, aside from what Windows update may have done to your setup.
I don't know that disabling these ads is possible. I don't use maximized Settings window so I don't see all of them, and I rarely use the Home page in Settings and usually right-click Taskbar or system tray icons. Also, right-click on Start > System or Installed Apps.
There are options in the upper right of each widget (three dots ... ) in the open widgets panel with options to hide, customize or block feeds.
There is also a Notifications section in Widgets Settings where you can disable notifications and announcements.
What I do is open widgets > open...
