Yes, you can also go into powershell and do winget list, and just uninstall everything xbox related, I did reinstall gamebar though right afterwards. I did those two commands you posted above and got rid of other xbox stuff as well.
Yea I uninstalled all the xbox apps besides gamebar and it no longer shows up in the microsoft store. I just used winget to uninstall anything with xbox in it. then reinstalled gamebar.

I did this command get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay | remove-appxpackage in powershell as admin, and then reinstalled game bar, hopefully it fixes it
