SFC found corrupted files but repaired them. The rest of the Dism commands ran just fine.

Windows Update installed all the drivers. Making Macrium backup at this time. I think I'm good to go now. Thanks again @antspants

Instructions said go into control panel and turn of bitlocker then try again.

Will that work even with the bit locker on the drive? It's only got the one drive in it.

Well, I got lots of good help. Took me just a couple minutes to screw the whole thing up. With my poor eyesight, I deleted a wrong partition and now it won't boot up. It says can't install on the partition big enough it says it bit encrypted. Boy what a screw up without my glasses I guess I'll...

I've got the USB ready. Does it have to boot in bios on the laptop? If so, I'll have to figure out how to get into bios and set it for boot. It's a cheap HP model not sure what model number it is.

I have the iso on this computer's desktop. Can I transfer the iso to the laptop, and install it from there?

I don't use recovery on this PC. just use Macrium Reflect. I'm just trying to create an install USB Drive using this PC. I was given a Laptop, and want to do a clean install on it.
