I'd booted up earlier this morning and everything was fine. I went out for a short time and when I returned, the attached screen was displayed. I hit 'enter' and the BIOS settings opened to the Boot section, but no device was showing - I sort of blundered around and got restarted somehow...

Thanks Glasskuter - I'd glanced at Roboform, but was unsure whether it would solve my problem if I didn't also use it as a password manager... (I use the Edge password utility and it works for me) Though I'll give Roboform a whirl now and see what happens.

Thanks Berton - I was hoping that there might be a Program that would perhaps keep a database of a few individual fields that I could 'call up' when I needed a particular one of them - i.e. First Name, Surname etc.

I eventually managed to sort it out - it seemed to be that the 'HP 4520 'Network' Printer Folder/Shortcut had been changed to be the Default Printer...when I used the adjacent (plain) 'HP 4520' Folder/Shortcut as the Default, everything was hunky dory...

Just an update...nothing I've tried has worked - every document, spreadsheet, photo and pdf (either via edge, or a pdf reader) prints with colour when sent to the printer from the laptop, but the same files sent to the printer from the PC are still monochrome. I don't have a clue what to try...

Well, that's pretty much all I have...it only appears on the summation page after I've done a differential backup...

I'm just curious as to what causes a Volume and Image Reset in Reflect. I can't recall anything significant happening on the 2 dates shown on the attached screenshot...everything is working fine, just wondered if someone could explain it in simple terms, please.
