Thanks Lance1 I did the scan, and it said there were corrupt files, but that it had repaired them. I restarted the laptop and the problem still remains. It's not just screenshots either, but other folders in Explorer. If I right click on Pictures or Music it gives me a popup menu as expected...

I just did Win + Shift + S and it took the screenshot, but I got no notification or even any way of knowing it had been saved. It had been saved though. But it still crashed when I right clicked on it. Will try and get Snip & Sketch... thanks
