I bought a PCIe USB reader to plug the PCIe into my other laptop. I copied the files but instead of reinstalling Windows, can I fix the BSOD issues I'm having through this external USB reader from my other laptop?

I had a BSOD happen and have been trying to repair it. I posted earlier here but had no luck as of yet. I bought a USB to hookup the PCIe stick to my laptop and copy the files before chancing losing them. My idea was to reinstall windows but is there a way I can restore the original Windows...

After creating the Seagate boot USB and booting, it showed the Seagate logo and everything was looking good. Had a lot of loading things and then the final result left this:

I need to learn how to use Sea Tools for this so I'll post after I get around to doing that.
