I will use this option as a last resort, as the "repair install" will most likely be able to fix it.
In the meantime I will wait for more answers that can help solve this problem, maybe there is something that will work for me.

1- Its not a specific file, this happen when i try to rename any folder.
2- I checked the path of the file and it does have the current path, for example if i made the folder inside desktop, it shows its on desktop.
3- Its not locked, i tried anyways but it didn't work.
Here some screenshots of...
1- It wont let me rename folders on \documents, also my permissions are fine.
2- It didn't find any corrupt files. I restarted my notebook so it may be fixed but its not.
3- Should i use the dism command anyways if it didn't find any corrupted files?

Ok, after waiting around 12 hours or so, i tried again and it didn't work, if you need like a log file or something i can send them if you teach me how.

When i try to rename a a file / folder i get this error message!
Then i press "Try again" and this pops up
This happen started happening when i updated to the current windows update ( 21H2 (OS Build 22000.613) ).
