    Google says (from a cmd prompt) wmic bios get serialnumber, which works fine for my W11 computer, but not my wife's, hers says 'wmic' is not a recognized command. Any other options?

    Can't download it since we don't have One Drive, but I discovered I could export it as a pdf! Now I have to figure out how to get the printer to work. All queued documents have been cancelled.
