HP Office Jet 9010 requires reinstall every 2 or 3 days

It's actually a model 9015 wireless printer. Worked flawlessly for years on my wife's Windows 10 OS. Purchased a HP 255 G10 laptop with Windows 11 about a month ago and ever since when she try's to print, she gets an offline message and we have to remove and reinstall the printer.

She doesn't print that much, probably reinstalled the printer 5 or 6 times.

If by "reinstall the printer", you mean the printer drivers... then you may need to disable the driver updates included in Windows updates. They tend to corrupt the already installed drivers.

No, from Printers and Scanners, select her printer and remove it, then add a printer and reinstall it.

May be caused by the same issue.
That's one of the first things I do on any Windows install.
I disable the included driver updates.

They'll still get downloaded, but won't be automatically installed.

I'm with @Ghot on this. I never let Windows Update install drivers for my HP Laser printer. I always download the latest drivers/software direct from the HP website.

I have always used HP printer software [which typically provides more functionality than WU drivers].
I don't trust Windows printer drivers.
It's your choice.

There also could be leftover files from the previous installs of the driver that is causing issues. I use Driver Store Explorer to weed out old leftovers from drivers. Or use Revo Uninstaller which is good for this too. The free version should work fine.

I urge you to download & install the complete software package not just the driver.
- Doing so will give you everything that the printer is capable of.
- I also have an HP all-in-one and I always download & install the full software.

And keep a copy of the download with your backup files so you know you can install again in the future.
HP can remove downloads for old printers.

To make sure you're downloading the drivers/software for the correct model — HP model names can be confusing, and the numbers on the front panel don’t always match what Windows reports. Search on the HP support site for the exact model name and number printed on the front or back of the printer and enter that into HP’s support site. That should mean you’re downloading the correct full software package.
