Finally I found a new windows 11 24h2 iso file. And this version has no obligation of secure boot or other. So I installed it without problem and everything works A1. I thank those who tried to help me.

Thank to accept me in your forum. I tried to install windows 24h2 made an install with rufus with every case on then windows tell me it can't install because secure boot is desable. Then i tried to enable it with UEIF on . My PC not boot. I install 23H2 without any problem. I checked the SSE4.2...
