Thank to accept me in your forum.
I tried to install windows 24h2 made an install with rufus with every case on then windows tell me it can't install because secure boot is desable. Then i tried to enable it with UEIF on . My PC not boot. I install 23H2 without any problem. I checked the SSE4.2 i got it. But now ??? Thank you for any help.

Is the PC a Dell OptiPlex 7040 Tower?

Check you have the settings correct.
The video shows a laptop but I read that modern Dell Bios settings are the same for their laptops and desktops.

There is also a “Transcript” option under the video

Apparently this is how you enable Secure Boot Via the BIOS (But watch the video)
It can apparently depend on when the Motherboard was made or the BIOS version. I am not sure?

Possible Option One

When the Dell logo appears (or before), repeatedly tap the F2 key to enter the BIOS.

Go to Secure Boot > Secure Boot Enable > Check Secure Boot Enable.
Click Apply > click Exit > Save the changes.

Possible Option Two (From the transcript under the video)

When the Dell logo appears (or before), repeatedly tap the F2 key to enter the BIOS.
Navigate to the Boot Configuration tab on the left menu.
Set the Boot Mode to “UEFI” only
Enable “Secure Boot”.
Click on “Apply Changes” and exit BIOS.

I would of thought that the RUFUS option to bypass TPM would work. Perhaps you need to wait for the upcoming version?
Or use the above Firmware Upgrade Utility. Enter your Dell Service Tag to check on the above link

You could always Install 23H2 then immediately do an in-place upgrade (Most likely Option Two)

Thank you i will check it and come back if or not success.
OK i tried your sugestion but i hahe some problem.
When i enable secure boot and EUFI i must desable legacy boot after that my computer do not boot.
My mainboard have the TPM2.0. But everytime i try to install windows 11 24h2 it tell me that i must enable secure boot. Sorry for your help but it does'nt work. Still waiting for more if exist.?

Finally I found a new windows 11 24h2 iso file. And this version has no obligation of secure boot or other. So I installed it without problem and everything works A1. I thank those who tried to help me.

Found it where? You need to be very careful where you get these things from. For all you know a backdoor has been written into the ISO to allow outside actors to access your system. Among other things.

I check for WIN updates, at least 2 times a week. This morning, when I selected, "Updates", 24H2 showed up and downloaded and installed. After installing a major WIN change, I restart my computer a couples times, just b/c. Then I perform "Disk Cleanup" a couple times. In the disk cleanup, I had to do some more check marking of items I wanted removed. I done it this way for years. Then I "Defrag." Otherwise, it auto Defrags once a week. This new 24H2 is perfect.

I also rely on MS DEFENDER, and do run FREE Malware Bytes, every so often. I do a lot of daily home internet surfing w/o and malware issues over the years. I adhere to warnings.

I'm waiting for my Wife's 14", to let me know when the 24H2 software update, is ready for downloading. I'll check back tomorrow.

Since the early 90's, I have had NO issues with WIN hard software updates. I do buy replacement laptops every so often. I saved a now a 7 year old 15" laptop and an 11", set-up in the basement. I am still relying on MS Defender. Long story Short, WINDOWS has been good to me.

Great news, thanks for the update. Do you not have the typical problem with DISM and SFC not working properly? How about the persistent phantom 8.63GB of leftover installation files?

When I close "MS Bing," it removes any cookies and temp files. I don't want anything garbage being collected and or have to manually remove periodically. I don't have 3rd party Anti Virus that might cause issues. Before WIN 10, I did have a 3rd party, Webroot security as an extra.

I am on a lot of different forums and try not to download anything that might be susceptible to invasion. People read stuff and say they have to have that or this, not me. Always be suspicious.

As said before, I do run FREE Malware Bytes, every so often, just b/c. Windows Security has been great since using WIN 10.

When there are any bi-weekly MS updates or a major WIN update, I run "Disk Cleanup," and check all the boxes to clean or remove old files and previous Win updates. Disk Clean has 3 parts for removing stuff in those files.
