Looks like I had to answer my own question. Build a new gaming machine to load Pop OS on and use the existing gamer kinda as a "server" since all I really need is Steam loaded on both to play my Windows based games on Linux.

Well just in case I have an ASUS Prime X470-Pro. Had TMP Firmware, UEFI and Secure Boot enabled in BIOs but it still wouldn't show as enabled when I ran HWiNFO64 and kept failing the test. I then converted my primary drive from MBR to GTP and everything worked, all green across the board.
Pretty sure I'm gonna wait not only for the final release to come out but I might wait six months to a year before I finally upgrade. That way most of the bugs will have been worked out.
I ended up using EaseUS Partition tool to convert my MBR to GPT without losing all my data. Had to buy the pro version to do it though............
As for switching from legacy to UEFI that's done in your BIOs setup.
I had to convert from MBR to GPT to enable UEFI Boot and Secure Boot also and now my computer passes the test (after also enabling TPM in BIOs and updating my BIOs).
