Looking to the future I want my wife to be able to use my PC as and when I can't. Would it be possible to create an account for her on my PC in such a way that it in effect it is a clone of her PC. And if so, how do I do it.

I checked with my local PC shop (totally reliable) re upgrading my older PC to Windows 11, sending them the full specifications. They said they could. I then checked my old laptop and the reports said no go, both the inbuilt one and WhyNotWin11 (a Copilot suggestion). That came up with CPU too...

That is correct and what I was trying to install but for some reason couldn't - hence Copilot involvment. I have a subscription for Office 365 so have never seen a key since I switched to that. It just seems to get authorised somehow on installation.
