so, your 26H1 is not a clean installation? That's why you got the new START from the earlier dev branch

I installed the 28000.1 in VM, and no new START here.

For those who've installed & using this 26H1 (28000.x) Is the new START enabled by default from the first boot or not, have to use vivetool for that?

and what about performance & stability compared to the main/stable/retail 24H2/25H2 channel? Have you noticed any error/lag or anything?

What's the CPU instruction requirement for this new 26H1 28000.x branch? Has anyone tested this with older CPUs, i.e. 1st/2nd/3rd gen? Also, from earlier posts here, this build doesn't have the watermark or any expiry date, so can this be considered as RTM candidates? Those who've been using...
