I wrote that 3 months ago and sadly nobody came up with any advice. I have just tried again and nowhere in Settings is an option available. Maybe there is a registry setting that can be used?

I attach a screenshot where I have overlaid Acrobat over my email layout. You can see that the pdf lile listing and the left hand menu bar has very small text whereas the text in similar positions on the email screen is much better in size. The latter can be adjusted but Acrobat stubbornly resists!

I have saved a query as in your screenshots but i seems as if the query is saved but NOT the results. So opening the saved search file simply causes the search to be repeated. Is that right? (As I am searching the whole of a 4TB drive, doing it again rather misses the point I would have thought.)
