Two years ago, I replaced his and hers Laptops, just b/c. We don't need the latest and greatest for home use that we do. The old 2, are there and update until no longer available, which is no big deal. Life moves on.

I only use the laptops MFG "Assistance" program for any mods to my system. Then I know, all is compatible with my original factory laptop set-up. To go outside of the box to seek factory upgrades, I just don't want to chance it, as have heard stories.

Your WIN update appears to be old. As someone mentioned, try Win Update as see what happens.

I am one of those that waits until I get notice and then I wait a couple months. No need to jump into a new upgrade until most of the bugs are worked out. I figure a couple months.
