I have been using it for years. Never had any trouble with it. As Ghot said, 99% of the tweaks in Winaero Tweaker are just registry edits. Most of these edits are detailed in Brink's tutorials and on many other websites.

I have the same problem on 23H2 build 22631.3155. For me, the only files for which the previewer works are .jpg files.

Explorer Patcher is not yet not working on 22H2. I hope the developers can relieve our pain 😬

Not working for me. Many of the Explorer Patcher Options mentioned are not clickable & do nothing.
