I wasn't clear. I have iCloud disabled, and every other Cloud on all systems disabled. Old fashioned here. I do my own storage, on two 2-TB external drives.
@OldMainframeGuy I researched an alternative back up, and even installed the Apple Devices app. It was all Greek to me. I will try it again.
Edit: I see that you said Apple Devices in the MS store. Is that what it is called there? Is it an app I put on the phone, or the PC?
@OldMainframeGuy I recently downloaded iTunes in an attempt to back up my iPhone. When I discovered that Apple no longer supports the backup with iTunes, I deleted it. Thank you for the response.
Solved. I tried Graybeard's suggestion and it works well enough that I can now see what was the itty bitty print from Windows. Thanks all for the responses. This is an awesome site.
Gunrunnerjohn is correct regarding the font I want to change. Here is a picture of what happened after I increased the default font size. My browser is Duck Duck Go powered by Edge.

My pictures, ending in .jpg, .jpeg, and .png have always displayed at a selected icon size, but suddenly the picture doesn't appear, the icon for "photos" appears. What setting will restore the image of the picture?
