Not exactly old, it is new and still in production, but I only paid £143 including free postage and 5 years warrantee in the UK. I have just googled the p/n and there are some Wifi problems, but haven't had time to check all the problems which seem to be mostly concerned with loosing Wifi.
I bought a cheap LG 32" tv to use in a bedroom and it runs perfectly on the freesat as expected. It wanted to connect to Wifi, and as I have a pretty secure wifi password, about 24 mixed charactors, I thought it would be easy. Apart from having ongoing eye trouble in one eye which has me...

I have a Panasonic blue-ray recorder with freesat that has a 250Gb 5200rpm hard drive. The p/n is DMR-BS750EB and it works fine. I have a redundant Samsung 850 EVO of 500Gb used before I started using the pc's M2 slot. I use the dish that I got when I used a SKY box, and there are some channels...
Seems like every week I check out the forum and find that an update is waiting for me. It installed quickly and trouble free. I use the Ryzen 5700G pc 99% of the time, the other one with the 3000G will get removed from the beta when I next find the energy to turn it on.
Yet again, I noticed the update first on the forum and it was installing when I looked, I should be getting a restart request any moment.
Took 125 seconds from pressing restart buttom, quicker than Artemis 2 reentry.
Before shutting down I thought I'd check the forum and found this update just coming out. When I ran W update it immediately started downloading it. After 5 minutes it is still at 0%. Now at 8 minutes, it is ready to restart.
Same thing with mine, the build number has not changed from the other days update. It confused me at first until I read the later posts in this thread.
I was only offered it yesterday, Sunday 1st March, and just let it update and shut down by itself as it mentioned taking 30 minutes.
Today I checked updates and got KB5074828 net framework which seemed to take forever.
This was for my system 2 which is not the slowest out there.
I quite often set WD to run a full scan when I am using the pc and it says something like "feel free to continue using the pc while the scan is running".
Lately I have noticed that if I minimise the running scan and get on with other things, mainly online and then check how the scan is...
Some time ago, I was having trouble with a motherboard and ended up getting a completely different motherboard along with an Athlon 3000G processor. I was fortunate to have a Microsoft account and when the W10 wouldn't activate, I got on the phone to them and explained what had happened. They...
Earlier today, about 3 hours ago I had no trouble getting on several UK and USA websites. In the last hour the Cloudflare servers in London are having difficulties. Any information as to why?
Something must have started to improve because one of the UK sites that was affected has started...
