I have confidence in my original build and components. I'm not new to hardware or software engineering but I am very rusty with debugging windows. XP, 7 and 10 along with the third-party drivers were all pretty stable when I switched to them. It seems I will get more practice in debugging...

I had been working on a screen freeze issue in another thread that seemed to be resolved (with help from zBook and glasskuter) when the BSOD hit. System is all new hardware with a clean windows 11 installation (Ryzen 5900X, Radeon 6900XT 16 GB GDDR, 64gb memory).

Armoury crate was not installed for this latest issue which was a BSOD. I should probably post that in the BSOD thread. I did not have a clean boot for that failure. Running that way now.

Didn't even get there. Shortly after my post and 9 hours of working fine it died. Crashed so hard (black screen) I had to do a hard power reset.
