I searched "AF_counter_2139460" (one of the entries in Autoruns) in Google. At the time, the only hit was this Russian website detailing various misconceptions about the game. The 3rd point explains these leftover files. This issue has apparently been raised several times since then, as googling...
I had no unexpected restarts on boot. I recommend doing a malware scan and deleting the files like showed above your post, then seeing if the problem persists.
Download Autoruns, then run Autoruns.exe and delete the files on the list. For me, they showed up at the very top. Right-click and delete did it, they disappeared from the Startup Apps list as soon as I did.
As the title states, among the list of startup programs in Task Manager are these two listings. Googling their names is either unhelpful (you try googling "startup app 1") or yields no results. Properties and Open file location are greyed out for both. They were both also enabled by default with...

After an upgrade from W10 to W11, the UAC prompts pop up at almost every change my programs make. It doesn't matter if they're trusted, if I'm running them as an administrator, or if I've said yes to the prompt before. The Windows user is a full rights administrator. The most common example of...
