You have bufferbloat, get a proper router with QoS, SQM Cake is strongly advised.

There are some possibilities, it might be overhead, it might be your computer's NIC , if it's 1Gbps the max cou can get is about 930 Mbps, same thing if your router has only 1 Gbps WAN/LAN ports. By the way what is the nominal upload speed that your ISP is offering to you??

Your line is highly assymetrical, you have a nice place inside the kingdom of bufferbloat. If you max your download link with a large download and at the same time you do, let's say, a videocall the other part should have sound and video image every 10 seconds at the best with 20-25 Mbps upload...

Mine started with latest MS CU. Just for checking, open TTB menu then go to Desktop/Accent color choose a value, mine is set to 0000007D, reboot the pc and see if you experience my issue. Before latest MS patch update, my settings were always automatically applied once TTB loaded. Thank you.

Same here, also no Winaero Tweaker. Take a look at post #105, it describes some more or less similar, the difference with me is that I do not use Hello. In my case, I open TTB Desktop accent color settings and slightly modify the values there, always done this for years. Now it's broken.... :-(...
