So... i tried a Windows 11 To Go on an external USB DRIVE, on the same Desktop, with same hardware, and the Dongles 5.x work perfectly 🙄...

I have the same issue on my Desktop/W11 with any USB BT 5.x Dongle!!! ANY!!! I tried 3 different Dongles (BT 5.1 + 5.2 + 5.3)!!! 🤦‍♂️...
