Thanks to all members for support, however I got problem solved. The issue and solution as described below: ISSUE : around 6-7 times tried to upgrade desktop PC from OS version Win 11 23H2 to Win 11 25H2 , however every time reaching updates to 100 % and then restarts and getting error code...

Many thanks to your reply and as you rightly say the issue is related to drivers which while updating through windows update. all drivers are update. the upgrade also tried by disconneting net, peripherals and verifying sufficient disk space by deleting softwres. even though the upgrade fails

I have run CPUI-Z utility to verify that CPU have SSE 4.2 , It support SSE 4.2 as Windows 11 requirement. However PC has TPM 1.2.
