Solved Windows 11 23H2 upgrade to Windows 11 24H2

During upgrade process (five times with ll eleven forum solutions) unable to upgrade my PC to Windows 11 24H2. whenever tries it show 100 % update and then finally receives error 0xC1900101 and roll back

I have run CPUI-Z utility to verify that CPU have SSE 4.2 , It support SSE 4.2 as Windows 11 requirement. However PC has TPM 1.2.

That scan file i'm not familiar with won't help me, or you identify driver problem.

Skip 24H2 - download latest 25H2 iso from MS, mount it as a drive and run setup.exe.
No point in upgrading to 24H2 - it will be obsolete by October.

Your PC has SafeNet Inc.'s Sentinel HASP drivers installed, because you own a software product that uses a HW licensing key.

This version of HASP is not trusted by W11's stricter security policies. Given the situation, I would not recommend upgrading to W11 without understanding what the software compatibility issues are on W11. It may be that you will need an entirely new PC, because of a lack of updated drivers on W11.

If the HASP drivers for software licensing need replacement, then a newer version of your app may be required at the same time.

Depending on your circumstances, you should leave this PC on W10 if there isn't a W11 version of your app, or you can't migrate to it. But you should contact the app's publisher and check if your app can reliably work in W11.

Many thanks for prompt reply , however would like to state that I am not expert in Computer. Can have any simple easy to under stand solution? Also note that I already running Windows 11 23H2 since last one year without any issue and as Windows stops support for this version and unable to upgrade directly to 24H2, this simple way decided.

Thanks for your reply. As unable to upgrade to 25H2 , I decided to upgrade step by step to overcome any issue.

Many thanks to your reply and as you rightly say the issue is related to drivers which while updating through windows update. all drivers are update. the upgrade also tried by disconneting net, peripherals and verifying sufficient disk space by deleting softwres. even though the upgrade fails

Uninstall the software and remove the HW key and try to install Win 11 25h2
As the I3 -2120 it's not on the MS compatible list, you must use a workaround to install Win 11, like using Rufus

The steps to find the problems are:
step 1) run an administrative command prompt command
step 2) run scripts that run in the background > post links that have the results
step 3) run an administrative powershell commands

Thanks to all members for support, however I got problem solved. The issue and solution as described below:
ISSUE : around 6-7 times tried to upgrade desktop PC from OS version Win 11 23H2 to Win 11 25H2 , however every time reaching updates to 100 % and then restarts and getting error code 0xC1900101 0x40021and system roll back.

SOLUTION : 1) Run hvciscan_amd64.exe at command prompt and find out drivers which are conflicting. delete ail conflicting drivers and related programs with help of suitable program for driver update/delete. Error code for this is 0xC1900101
2) The System Reserved partition was have very low space which was around 50MB which could be around minimum 500MB incase of windows 11 to write boot and other details on drive. Because of the less capacity, the windows upgrade process reached to 100% and could not write boot details and other files into error and roll back with error code 0x40021. With help of suitable program for partition manager crest separate volume at C:d rive of size 1000MB and follow the instructions as per software and shift System reserved partition at new volume.
Subsequently starts upgrading directly to Windows 11 25H2 with RUFUS and bale to upgrade successfully without losing old files and data.
If any one have issue with upgrade on unsupported PC with error code 0xC19001010 and 0x40021, the above solutions may be useful.
