    Found what you suggested & clk'd reset. About 20-30 sec. later it showed loading. # min have gone by & still loading. Anything else to suggest? Is it in the system or coming from the cloud or wherever? Thanks in advance for your advice. It just loaded! :^)

    I'm new to 11 & use solitaire for a brain game & to relax. It's pinned to the task bar & shows up but takes forever or won't open. Is it not in the system? Thanks for any & all help. Hope y'all have a better new year.
