i doubt it because zac bowden once said on twitter that the insider preview should have the new settings, new action center, etc and etc if it turns out that the insider preview will come out on june 28th then that may mean he might also be right with the other things he said.

and if you are really paranoid, you could simply just image your windows installation using macrium reflect to another drive before you do the upgrade which you should do since this is a leaked build and anything can go wrong.
