I thought it was 23H2-exclusive (at least I read it was a new 23H2 feature). I think that only goes for the "New" tag, and unfortunately, it (as well as the "System" label) seems it can only be removed after installing a program, anyway (at least the "New" tags can be removed by right-clicking...

I guess he was referring to the feature and not to the OS version as well but I don't think they are separate things since the former is available day one since the latter was publicly released.

I integrated the Remove Gallery from Navigation Pane in File Explorer for All Users REG file again with NTLite and this time "Gallery" was removed from the Navigation Pane right after logging on an user account for the first time after installing Windows 11 23H2. Odd.

I don't know how to use post-install scripts but according to you, they seem to be more effective than just integrating REG files. Yes, and it didn't work.

So, this problem returned and after pressing F5 nothing happened and the problem continued. Also, sometimes, after right-clicking the taskbar, the context menu doesn't appear and so I can't run task manager to restart explorer.exe through the taskbar, only after clicking the "Task Manager"...
