You seem to be saying I shouldn't worry about it, and if that's correct, I think that is useful advice and much appreciated.

I don't seem to have "apps and features," but I have this in Installed apps. I've uninstalled it several times in the past, but it always reappears after a restart.

FYI - I haven't solved this issue yet. glasskuter was good enough to post this link, which might be related, but it didn't accurately describe my situation, and I couldn't take some of the steps in that post. Some additional information: I'm on Windows 11, while my son and wife are on Win 10...
