I tried doing it with notepad and I still get the same issue, so must not be Snipping Tool. I dont even know how to go about trying to fix this since I have a wireless mouse and trackpad lol

I've tried that. I use a laptop. I tried it with the trackpad and still get the same thing. My mouse is wireless, so no cable damage. Ive tried restarting the program and the computer and still nothing also. It lets me save NEW screenshots, but now no longer allows me to overwrite one
