2026-07 Security Update (KB5101650) (26200.8875) causes flickering

Any time I install the update 2026-07 Security Update (KB5101650) (26200.8875), it causes my PC to have a screen flicker and slows it down. It appears like the boot is finished and then the icons on the desktop, and eventually the task bar, will flicker and they all disappear for a second or two. It continues on and on. I have that update blocked now but I am wondering what's causing that in case I really need to install that update at some point.

In the Search box,type---reliability---and check for red flagged entries at the time of the KBS5101650 installation.This could indicate the cause of the problem.
Also in Terminal[admin],type in---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---run it and when completed,type in---sfc /scannow---and continue to run it until a clean report is given.

The next time it installs that update, I will check all of that. Thanks.
