24H2 Drives dont show up

Hallo,

I have updated to the version KB5035942 / 26100.1742 and now i can´t use my hdd drives.

It show´s them in the BIOS but not in the Disk Managment.

If i rescan it found nothing.

Can someone help ??

Are these new or already established hard drives?
Is there noting in Disk Management at all? Not even spaces where no drive letter is assigned?

Do you have a screenshot?
You can attach a screenshot using the attachments button on the bottom left when creating a post.
Don’t worry if you know for certain nothing is there. I don’t want to treat you as a newbie but I don’t know how proficiant you are and don’t want to assume.

I take if that if they were established drives you could see them in 23H2?

Can you disable Fast Boot in your BIOS and just test if it makes a difference?

Something else I might try:

Silly as it sounds, disconnect the HDDs from the motherboard
Reboot into Windows.
After Windows loads, Shut Down the PC again.
Connect one HDD, reboot into Windows to see if it appears in Disk Management.

Also, check for a BIOS update. (Not Beta)

Something else that may sound weird: Change the Windows Power Plan to something else. See if it makes a difference on reboot.

Thanks for the reply, but doesn't matter anymore, im an idiot and unistalled the sata driver for my ssd xD.

I updated my bios, unplugged them, search for hidden devices, connect just one, changed power plan, disabled fast boot, looked in cmd, nothing.
When i boot my pc from another ssd with 23H2 it shows all hdds.
Don't know, maybe the 24H2 update.

It show zero, as they not even plugged in, but in bios the are visible.
