I came across a neat menu program for the Mac that was also released for Windows. Rather old program, but works well. I can make some shortcuts, place in a folder, then have 7 stack make a standalone menu item. I got the idea of making a grid in Word, then I can place these menu items in the squares. But when I tried it, the little stack on the desktop refuses to be dragged or copy/paste.
I was able to insert a link in the Word grid to the 7stack icon on the desktop and it works. Except, each time I click on it, Windows has a meltdown, saying unsafe, unsafe. The link is to some songs on Youtube. So each time I want to call the songs up, I have to reassure Windows that they are indeed safe, and that the link on Windows desktop is indeed safe to run. Even when I put a link to a folder shortcut to my jpgs, Windows has unsafe warnings.
I like the appearance of the 7 Stacks and want an entire row of these little icons in my Word grid. Am I asking for something that cannot be done?
