Playing GTAV online normally gets me around 100fps with Very High settings 144hz at 3840x2160p hitting 405 watts but averaging around 350.
Lately it's not going above 150watts with an average of 120watts keeping me down in the low 40's
That's a DX11 game.
Cyberpunk 2077, DX12, still reaches 400watts and above so no change there.
I made sure all my power settings were at max performance and even boosted the power 15% with MSI Afterburner.
Updated all drivers with no change in performance.
Not sure where to go from here...
SAM is also enabled and I don't think my 5950X or 1000watt PSU is having any troubles.
