I'm not sure this is relevant for OP, but I seem to recall that @Brink posted a tutorial a coupla years ago on how to get your account picture to show up instead of the Microsoft/Windows "person" icon. I can't find it here just now. We had to substitute our chosen image for a handful of .png files in various sizes, I believe.
On W10, I had eliminated the "person" everywhere, in favor of the selected image at upper left.
This tutorial will show you how to change the picture for your local account or Microsoft account in Windows 11. You can change your local account or Microsoft account picture in Windows 11 to have more of a personal touch that reflects you. A Microsoft account picture will sync by default to...
For me, that only sets the top left image (see screenshot in #3 above), but leaves the "person" icon in the lower right (same screenshot). I think I had to replace images named user.png, user-32.png, user-40.png, user-48.png, and user-192.png with my chosen images (all in the right sizes) in the
"C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures" folder, but I just tried that, then rebooted, and the "person" is still there in Accounts, but replaces the icon in Accounts / Your info.
I, for one, am not about to lose any sleep over this.
