Acer Nitro 5 gives me blue screen of death whenever I close and then open laptop.

Hi! New here. I have a Acer nitro 5 that I upgraded to windows 11 and every time I close the laptop and open it again I keep getting the blue screen of death that says critical_process_died. I’ve tried everything the windows page tells me to do and I can’t seem to figure it out. Has anyone else had this issue? What else can I do to fix this? Other than this small quirk the computer works 100%.
