Yes that is what is giving the warning - it has nothing to do with the deprecated backup system or File History Backup.

From my understanding, Windows Backup (Back up) saves the data to OneDrive.
The Apps that are backed up are a list of installed Microsoft Store apps.

It says I last backed up on April 2, 2025, but I haven't backed up at all yet.
Unless it does some stuff in the background.
