Add favourite actions to Right-Click Context Menus?

It's tidy how the right-click context menu on files & folders have been simplified, with the less common actions hidden away under 'Show More Options', but all the most common ones I use, opening a folder in a specific program for my work, are always in the 'More' Options. It would be great if anyone knew how to add any of the actions to the initial menu to pop up, to save me loading the 'More' list
