Windows 11 Pro v 23H2 (Build 22631.2792)
I've added this tutorial to my 23H2 system and it is failing thus

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.22621.1
Image Version: 10.0.22631.2271
[============= 23.8% ]
Error: 6824
The operation cannot be performed because another transaction is depending on the fact that this property will not change.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

I've attached the Dism.log file but I have no idea how to interpret it.

Is anyone able to help?
