This (Radeon 780M) is my first AMD graphics. I don't know what settings to choose.

I want the maximum performance. I don't care about TDP.

Nobody owns Radeon graphic card?

I don't own a Radeon at the moment.

The Adrenalin settings that you show are mainly relevant to gaming.

Few buy mini PCs like that for gaming, but you could be an exception.
