Advice: ddr4 ram with i7 or ddr5 ram with i5 - which would be faster

I ahve a choice of buying 2 laptops .
One has
DD$ RAM (16GB) with a i7 13620H processor
while the other has
DDR4 RAM (16GB) with a i5 13450hx processor

Please advise which would be better assuming other specs and features are more or less the same

Get the i7 13620H. This processor works with DDR4 or DDR5 RAM.
The i7 13620H is the better CPU.

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I have heard that Intel's 13th and 14th-generation computers may experience issues while playing games; some say this does not occur in laptops. We hope this is not true.
