Hello,
This is a problem I've got for more than a month.
I've called Microsoft, Dell...and the last option they gave me was to pay a 60€ online troubleshooting...
here is how it starts...

I had a Win 11 update.
By the way, there's an update every 3 days on average, it's pretty crazy!
Anyway...
After the update, the next day I turned on the computer and I had no more internet access.
I called Microsoft and they suggested reinstalling the drivers.
I did that and indeed, I got internet access again, but some sites were inaccessible.
No matter what browser I used, Firefox, Chrome, or Edge...
I can access some https sites, but not all of them.
For example, I can't access MétéoFrance or IMDB...
The Windows person made me reinstall a Win 11 ISO and type some commands at the command prompt:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

nothing of this were usefull.
I've tried a lot of other things with people on forum...with no result.
I think it's better to start from scratch.
Thanks a lot for your help.
(english is not my mother tongue, sorry for any spelling error

Have you tried changing your DNS to something other than your Internet Service Provider like Cloudflare , Quad9 etc?
Something to try , it may not be a hardware issue at all and an ISP issue since the issue occurs across every browser you use.
