All links are marked as read (purple) in MS Edge - Bing

Windows 11 Pro 23H2
When you search for something in any search engine, links which you visited are colored purple, while those which you never visited are colored blue.

However my results in bing are all purple as if I visited the entire internet.

There are some suggestions circling around the net which state we have to delete bing cookies but this didn't work for me,
even though I deleted bing cookies links are still all purple.

Sample screenshot show all links as visited but I didn't visit any of those:

The same is happening to me when I use Bing. Perhaps a Bing power user will know.
