in relation to this AMA video about Windows 11 and Windows 10 servicing & lifcycle, Neowin recently reported there will be an LTSC edition of Windows 11 in a few years but not when Windows 11 is first released to the public
Microsoft today announced during a Tech Community AMA that an LTSC release based on Windows 11 will ship a few years after the one based on Windows 10 version 21H2 ships this year.
I blogged on this topic today. Looking at the timeline for previous and planned LTSC releases, it is my considered opinion that we won't see a Windows 11 LTSC until 2023 or 2024. Here's a link: Next LTSC Is 21H2 Based: Windows 11 Follows Later.
HTH,
=e=
It's to be expected that the LTSC will be held back for a while. the main markets for these are business / education, and industry / military and these markets are, and always have been, slower to take up new software, preferring to wait until the builds settle down
